The Adamson Selection

This one's for you, Dad

After losing my Dad at the beginning of the year I decided to create this beautiful box of chocolates in dedication to him. He always believed in me and would often help me with Wallace Green Truffles. So creating this selection felt like a special way to keep a little part of him within the business.

The Adamson Selection is a box of handmade collection of chocolates, each one individually hand-painted and filled with some of my dad's favourite flavours.

Made using only the finest ingredients, every piece is made with care and an unwavering attention to detail. This is a selection of chocolates created not only to be enjoyed but to remember someone very special.

Your box will include three delicious flavours:

• Candied Lemon Marshmallow
• Blackcurrant Caramel
• Coconut

Every chocolate is made in small batches with great attention to detail. From colouring and tempering the chocolate to creating each filling and packaging your order with care, every step of the process is done by hand to ensure exceptionally quality.
