At Wallace Green Truffles, our chocolates are handmade in small batches using fresh ingredients. We take particular care when preparing and packaging orders for delivery.

Where We Deliver

We currently offer delivery within the UK only.

Processing Your Order

Our chocolates are handmade in small batches and, wherever possible, prepared fresh for your order.

Please allow 7–10 days' notice for standard orders.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, Valentine's Day and other seasonal occasions, processing times may be longer.

If you require your order sooner, please contact us at wallacegreentruffles@gmail.com before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Delivery

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.70.

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail's expected delivery timeframe is approximately 1–2 business days.

Please note that this is a delivery estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery time.

Your order must first be prepared before it can be dispatched, so please take our processing time into account when placing your order.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Receiving Your Chocolates

Please follow the storage instructions provided with your chocolates as soon as your order arrives.

Chocolates should be kept away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and moisture and stored according to the instructions provided.

Warm Weather

Chocolate can be affected by high temperatures.

During periods of particularly warm weather, we may adjust dispatch dates or contact you before dispatch if we believe conditions could significantly affect the quality of your chocolates.
